Growing up, I watched Betty White on Golden Girls and observed her weave a legacy in the entertainment world, which is no easy feat. I had the honor of being asked to photograph her book cover in 2010, and recall how Betty lit up every room she entered. Although she left us only a few days before her monumental 100th birthday, she leaves a trailblazing legacy that will be difficult to match.
