Every year on Memorial Day around 12-1pm the sound of multi engines roar from the skies above. Crowds stop and look up as they bare witness to one of the largest military planes in existence, the Hercules C-130 transporter. The pilots maneuver a low altitude flyover of the Venice and Santa Monica beaches with engines blazing and g-forces in full effect.
